Airport Frankfurt am Main, Halle B Terminal 1 Shopping Avenue & Shopping Boulevard
The Shopping Boulevard and Shopping Avenue are the new names for the renovated areas in Hall B, Terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport.
Luxwelt collaborated with the Swiss architectural office ZED to create a new ambiance. The lighting concept adapts to the daylight rhythm of passengers and the daylight situation in the hall. A new control system with color-temperature regulation was developed for the implementation. This system takes into account the times of day and seasons to conserve energy with suitable lighting scenes.
